My name is Lily Alarcon, and I am thrilled to be a part of this amazing team. As a dedicated apprentice, I started my journey here last September, and it has been a whirlwind of passion and growth ever since.
From a young age, I have always been captivated by the artistry and creativity involved in hairdressing. It is a true joy for me to transform someone's look and boost their confidence through the power of hairstyling! Each client that sits in my chair is a canvas waiting to be beautifully crafted, and I take great pride in delivering exceptional results.

Program
At Cerise Salon, We are always striving for excellence. That starts at the beginning.

Our Apprentices, go through a comprehensive 2 year On The Job Training Program. Starting with Greeting Clients moving to Shampooing then Blowdrys All the way to Advanced color techniques and Eye Lash extensions. They Start on mannequins mastering each skill before touching clients.
Once They are determined ready they start taking models in a very step by step process guided by our Senior Stylists. Once they look Like they have mastered a technique They will test out on a live model. Nothing a stylist does on clients hasn't been test first

As a result, I feel will have some of the most skilled Stylists around.
